IWS Solutions (Pvt) Limited is instituted with a view to undertake defence related business and other areas of interest in the civilian domain. The Company is accordingly organized into a Defence Division and a Civil Division.

• Defence Division: The Defence Division works to promote legal defense related trade focusing on the promotion of Pakistan’s defense products including weapons, ammunition, military equipment and related expert services. We also manage related training for the military hardware and software in addition to management and staffing needs of the clients.

• Civil Division: Through the Civil Division, the Company proficiently undertakes indenting and procurement in the Civil Sector, and offers consultancy and facilitation services to our clients around the World, in doing business with Pakistan’s Defense Production Enterprise and/ or other businesses in the Civil Sector.

• The Company has contractual arrangements with leading cargo and shipping companies for this purpose, wherein we act as a holding Company.

• Our clientele in all areas span Pakistan in addition to Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa and Central Asia.

The Company is located at the seam of, and accessible to both the federal capitol Islamabad and the city of Rawalpindi, Pakistan with an office in Dubai and business affiliates in a host of countries in Asia (South, South East and Central Asia), Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa. We are a limited company established under the aegis of Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and registered with Ministry of Defense Production (MoDP), Government of Pakistan and Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Company is staffed by recently retired senior officers of the Pakistan Armed Forces with deep insight, experience and ingress into Pakistan’s Military System and those of the other allied countries. Similarly for the Civil side, IWS Solutions (Pvt) Limited enjoys the services and advisory/ consultative support of the recently retired very senior officers of the Civil Service of Pakistan with a good handle on the entrepreneurial pulse of the Country and the Region. For Logistics and Transportation, IWS Solutions (Pvt) Limited acts as holding Company through contractual arrangements with leading international companies.
