• IWS Solution (Pvt) Limited shall conduct trade in defense and other areas guided by the highest principles of honesty, integrity, credibility and sense of timing. To this end, the Company seeks to avoid not only impropriety, but also the appearance of impropriety.

• The Company shall not make, recommend, or cause to be taking any action, contract, agreement, investment, expenditure or transaction known or believed to be in violation of any law, regulation or corporate policy.

• In business dealings with suppliers, sellers/ buyers, contractors, consultants and government entities, the Company shall take care of the legitimate business interests of its partners and/ or other entities focusing on mutually beneficial business-like interaction.

• While representing any Company in dealings with third parties, we shall not allow ourselves to be placed in a position in which an actual or apparent conflict of interest exists.

• IWS Solutions (Pvt) Limited shall not engage in business activities which are inconsistent with, or contrary to, the international rules of business.

• The Company shall not use or disclose the trade secret(s), proprietary or confidential information, or any other confidential data gained in the performance of its business obligations for its partner Company(ies) in a reciprocal manner.
